Client testimonials
Three members of Fidelity National Financial share their recent research success stories with Llewyn Paine Consulting, LLC: “Working with the Operations, identifying these gaps, and then being able to go to leadership and say this is what’s needed because this is what your teams say they need–that is huge and impactful.”
We knew that we wanted to have more data collection across the organization, but Fidelity did not want to create this huge infrastructure for research. What we were able to do through the working sessions was to take individuals within the company, train them, and make them pretty self-sufficient at conducting surveys and interviews.
We had previously hired Llewyn as a consultant for building a new research capability at the company. The organization was beginning to realize data-driven was easier, less chaotic, and led to better decisions, so we extended the engagement to have Llewyn help us continue that transition.
Our expanded engagement with Llewyn focuses on scaling and democratizing customer research throughout our organization. Llewyn is helping us realize our goal of creating proven methodologies and safeguards to allow many roles within the organization to be engaged with customer research and having data to make more informed decisions.
FNF needed a systematic method to provide the organization with strategic insights and actionable recommendations regarding the behaviors, opinions, and preferences related to technology products and content of customers, clients, and employees. We selected Llewyn because of her focused client engagement approach, expert credentials and background, and enterprise experience in customer research.
Llewyn presented on the topic “Discovering physical-digital spaces,” at Austin Design Week 2021. The talk covered the assumptions that go into design for flat screens, and how designers should prepare to update their process as they transition to design for spatial computing.
Realbotix is a social robotics company that builds modular, customizable humanoid robots. They hired Llewyn Paine Consulting, LLC, to help them assess new markets for their technology.
