4 AI+UX case studies I'm looking for in 2026

As curator of an AI+UX conference, here’s what I’d love for you to submit to our 2026 Call for Proposals (closing Sunday, 1/25!):

  1. Case studies that share how UX practitioners *validated* their AI tools. Not “this made us X% faster,” but “we stress-tested this and know exactly where it fails.”

  2. Entirely new design steps where AI is not *replacing* traditional design, but introducing new possibilities (Instant prototyping? Embedding space dataviz? Evals?).

  3. First-hand accounts of how teams are navigating the blurring boundaries between who owns tasks like coding, prototyping, or wireframing.

  4. AI failures–some of our best case studies in 2025 were about where AI fell short of its promises.
